Saigon Garment and Match Joint Stock Company is officially the investor of the project of a complex of commercial centers, entertainment centers, 5-star hotels and offices for rent to carry out urban beautification in the Iron market area according to Decision No. 3232 and the Residential Area project in Vinh Bao town, Vinh Bao district according to Decision No. 3355 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong city.
Immediately after being approved as an official investor, May-Diem Saigon worked with a credit guarantee organization according to the provisions of Article 25 of Decree 31/2021/ND-CP dated March 26, 2021 on regulations and guidance on implementing a number of articles of the Investment Law.
Accordingly, investors must deposit a deposit or have a guarantee from a credit institution or foreign bank branch established under Vietnamese law regarding deposit obligations to ensure the implementation of investment projects allocated land, leased land, or allowed to change land use purposes by the State.
May-Diem Saigon worked with a credit institution to deposit guarantees for two projects with a total of nearly 100 billion VND. The guarantee beneficiary is the Department of Finance of Hai Phong city.
With the experience and financial capacity of May-Diem Saigon, two projects including 5-star commercial center-hotel complex and offices for rent at Cho Sat, the project Vinh Bao Town Residential Area is expected to bring a new urban appearance to Hai Phong city, increasing the attractiveness of the city's business and investment environment.
According to planning, the complex of commercial, entertainment, 5-star hotels and offices for rent at Iron Market is built on a land area of 15,200m², 40 floors high. Located in Phan Boi Chau ward, Hong Bang district, City. Hai Phong, the project will become a new symbol of the city's architecture. Meanwhile, the Vinh Bao town residential area project (Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong) with 387 adjacent houses will contribute to adding to the housing fund for Vinh Bao town and surrounding area residents.
