“1. In case of authorizing an individual to carry out business registration procedures, along with the business registration dossier, there must be a written authorization for the individual to carry out procedures related to business registration and a copy of the legal documents of the authorized individual. This authorization document is not required to be notarized or authenticated.

2. In case of authorizing an organization to carry out business registration procedures, along with the business registration dossier, there must be a copy of the service provision contract with the service organization carrying out procedures related to business registration, a letter of introduction from that organization to the individual directly carrying out procedures related to business registration, and a copy of the legal documents of the individual being introduced.”

In this case, the person carrying out the procedure who is authorized to carry out the business registration procedure should be careful to fully declare authorization information according to the above cases in the registration system. Specifically, in the information block "Applicant", the person performing the procedure selects the role of the applicant as "Authorized person", saves the registration system, then switches to the information block "Authorization information" to fully declare in the boxes.
