The City Cooperative Alliance currently has 274 members (of which, by 2023, 11 units will be mobilized and admitted). In 2023 alone, the City Cooperative Alliance has organized 6 member activity conferences in 15/15 districts; Established 2 Clubs: Environmental sanitation services and OCOP Hai Phong. Coordinated the opening of 8 vocational training classes with the participation of more than 200 students in participating districts. Organized 96 cooperatives to attend 17 fairs and trade promotion programs in provinces and cities. Completed procedures for 27 cooperatives to access loans to expand production and business activities, with an average loan amount of 500 to 700 million VND/cooperative.

Implementing the emulation movement in 2024, the City Cooperative Alliance continues to coordinate with departments, branches and People's Committees of districts to review and understand the operating situation and establish new cooperatives.
