Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents 2025; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents dated June 25, 2025;
Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025, of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents; Decree No. 187/2025/ND-CP dated July 1, 2025, of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025, of the Government;
After receiving feedback from relevant departments, agencies, and units in the city, the Department of Finance has developed a draft Resolution dossier stipulating the collection rates and units for environmental protection fees for mineral exploitation in Hai Phong city (2nd time), reporting to the City People's Committee for submission to the City People's Council for promulgation of the Resolution.
To promptly complete the Resolution dossier, the Department of Finance posts the draft Resolution dossier stipulating the collection rates and units for environmental protection fees for mineral exploitation in Hai Phong city (2nd time) to solicit opinions as prescribed.
