According to the report of the Investor and construction contractors, the Investment and Construction Project of the City Political-Administrative Center, Transportation System and Synchronous Technical Infrastructure System in North Cam River Urban Area As of January 30, 2024, the Eastern region has completed the construction of reinforced concrete structures for all blocks of buildings, other contents reaching from 60% to 95% of the volume. In the western area, the construction of reinforced concrete structures of all blocks, basement construction, wall plastering, drilling of soil cement piles, infrastructure of the area connecting to the square... reached from 33% to 95%. Roads with 5 categories achieved from 41% to 100%. Other items are expected to be completed in November 2024.

For the Investment and Construction Project of the City Convention - Performance Center and Synchronous Technical Infrastructure System, as of January 30, 2024, the City Convention - Performance Center has completed the construction of reinforced concrete for the basement, floors, and foundations of floors 2,3,4,5,6; Construction of the 6th floor and some other content is underway. The category of roads and outdoor infrastructure with 5 components has been completed from 66% to 100%. For other items, it is expected to be completed from March 2024 to January 2025.
