(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The Standing Committee of the City People's Council has a Decision on convening the 21st session (regular session at the end of 2024) of the XVI City People's Council (term 2021 - 2026).
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council decided to convene the City People's Council delegates to attend the 21st Session (regular session at the end of 2024) of the XVI City People's Council (term 2021 – 2026).
Time: 03 days (December 4 - 6, 2024). Opening at 8 a.m. on December 4, 2024 (Wednesday).

The Committees of the City People's Council, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council, the City People's Council Delegation Group and the City People's Council delegates are responsible for implementing this Decision.

The 21st meeting (regular meeting at the end of 2024) will consider and give opinions on the following contents: City socio-economic development plan for 2025; Plan to organize regular meetings in 2025 of the City People's Council; Results of specialized supervision on the implementation of legal regulations in the issuance of certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land in Hai Phong city; Establish a thematic supervision team of the City People's Council on the implementation of legal regulations in the management of education and training in Hai Phong city; Allocate funding sources to support localities to overcome the consequences of natural disasters; Adjusting and supplementing (10th time) the city's medium-term public investment plan phase2021 – 2025; City public investment plan 2025; Decentralize the authority to manage and handle public assets and regulate the authority to purchase assets for science and technology tasks using the state budget under the city's management; Preferential regime of land rent exemption in Hai Phong city for projects in the list of types, scale criteria, and socialization standards; non-profit projects; Regulations on collection rates, collection, payment, management and use of application appraisal fees and fees for granting certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land in Hai Phong city.
