In 2023, units in the Emulation Block for state management agencies on culture and society include: Department of Health; Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Education and Training; Department of Culture and Sports; The Department of Information and Communications, Hai Phong City Social Insurance and Hai Phong Publishing House have closely followed the assigned political tasks, focusing on advising, directing, and organizing to well implement the tasks and plans of each unit.
The units agreed and issued the Emulation Movement Implementation Plan, emulation scoreboard, and emulation contract in 2023 with appropriate and practical emulation movement contents, closely following political tasks, key tasks and targets and plans assigned by the City People's Committee. The work of building the Party, government and unions is emphasized. Cultural and social activities are increasingly promoted. The work of ensuring security, order and social safety is increasingly being emulated by units in the sector. The emulation movement and emulation and reward work have been widely deployed, units focus on directing and promoting emulation and reward work within the unit. Well organize emulation movements, promote initiatives, scientific research, and improve work efficiency.
In 2024, the Emulation Block sets out 5 key tasks, including continuing to deeply grasp President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation, the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws on emulation and commendation work; Build and implement focused emulation movements, specific goals and targets and associated with political tasks and actual conditions of each agency and unit; further strengthen the discovery and fostering of advanced examples; innovation in living forms, increased sharing of ways to implement emulation and reward work between units; promote the role and responsibilities of the leader, and at the same time pay attention to consolidating the team of officials working on emulation and commendation at all levels...
