In 2023, implementing the city's Action Theme "Promoting urban modernization - Building model new rural areas - Implementing digital transformation", agencies and units in the City's Internal Affairs Emulation Block launched the emulation movement in 2023 with the theme "Discipline, responsibility, solidarity, creativity, striving to emulate and excellently complete assigned political tasks - Implementing digital transformation" with the following contents and instructions: Appropriate emulation goals for each agency and unit create a vibrant competitive atmosphere among agencies and units in the Block.
With a high spirit of determination, agencies and units in the Block synchronously deploy tasks and solutions and achieve important results. The political security situation, social order and safety in the area are basically stable, national border sovereignty is maintained, crime prevention, detection and handling, investigation, prosecution, adjudication, supervision and execution of criminal judgments have achieved positive results, successfully completing assigned tasks. Implement well the democratic regulations at the grassroots, uphold the responsibility of setting an example for officials and party members, especially leaders and managers. Promote responsibility, tighten discipline, avoid violations of the law, corruption, waste, and negativity; Perform well the application of information technologymanagement, administration, problem solving... Most units in the block have exceeded the emulation content and targets; Many units have new and creative ways of doing things. Through the emulation movement, many typical advanced groups and individuals appeared. 100% of agencies and units do a good job of building the Party and building "clean and strong" agencies and units.
To complete the set goals, in 2024, units in the City's Internal Affairs Agencies will set out the following key tasks and solutions: continue to thoroughly organize and implement Directive No. 34/CT-TW dated April 7, 2014 of the Politburo on continuing to innovate emulation and reward work associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; Implement the Law on Emulation and Commendation; promote key emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister; well implement the Resolution of the 16th City Party Congress; improve the quality of emulation and reward work; Promote the role of party committees, party organizations, and governments, especially the leaders...

Speaking to direct the Conference, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam acknowledged and praised the results achieved by the Emulation Block of the City's Internal Affairs agencies, which has contributed to the city's socio-economic development in 2023. Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee suggested that agencies in the Internal Affairs Block need to continue to effectively implement Directive No. 34 of the Politburo on innovating the work of emulation and rewards and Movements Emulation launched by the Prime Minister, line ministries, cities, localities and units.
