(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of June 6, at Co.opmart Hai Phong supermarket, the opening ceremony of the Safe Agricultural Products Week and introduction of Son La tourism products in 2020 took place.
Attending the opening ceremony, on the side of Son La province, there were Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Nham Thi Phuong; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quoc Khanh and leaders of departments and businesses.
On the city side, there was Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Thanh; related industry leaders and Co.opmart Hai Phong supermarket.

“Week of safe agricultural products and introduction of Son La tourism products in Hai Phong in 2020” organized by the Department of Finance of the province, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Son La province in coordination with the Department of Industry and Trade of Hai Phong city, Co.opmart Hai Phong Supermarket and related units for the first time in Hai Phong to promote, stimulate demand, and create a stable consumption market for safe agricultural products of Son La province.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Vu Duc Thuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, Director of the Investment Promotion Center of Son La province said: The week of safe agricultural products and the introduction of Son La tourism products in Hai Phong attracted the participation of 25 businesses and cooperatives with 30 booths divided into groups: fresh fruit products (mango, guava, green-skinned grapefruit, banana); vegetables and fruits; processed foods; seafood and tourism products of Son La and Hai Phong provinces. Among these 30 booths, there are 3 booths introducing seafood products and 2 booths introducing tourism products of Hai Phong.

The safe agricultural products of Son La province introduced here all meet food safety certification standards, VietGAP, GolbalGAP, Organic such as: Taiwanese mango variety (GL4), Australian Son La mango, plum, Moc Chau baby pumpkin, Moc Chau luffa, Moc Chau mustard greens... Tourism products are souvenirs, travel Postcard publications, tourist maps, destination information books in Son La. La, Tourism Guide of Son La... Thereby, to introduce and promote community tourism products in Hua Tat village, agricultural tourism products (Moc Chau tea festival, Fruit picking festival), develop local specialty products (Muong Chanh sticky rice, Moc Chau dairy cow contest)...
Through the program, Son La province hopes that the province's safe and touristic agricultural products will be known to many domestic and Hai Phong consumers. Thereby, it aims to stimulate consumer demand, contribute to creating a stable consumer market for safe agricultural products of Son La province as well as widely promote local tourism products.
