As of October 31, 2023, there are a total of 904 foreign investment projects in the city with a total investment capital of nearly 30 billion USD. In the first 10 months of 2023, Hai Phong is one of the leading localities in the country attracting FDI with 3.1 billion USD (reaching 122% of the 2023 plan).
