Focus on implementing the targets of Resolution No. 03-NQ/TU dated October 26, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on Digital Transformation of Hai Phong city to 2025, orientation to 2030; Decision No. 284/QD-UBND dated January 24, 2022 on Action Program to implement Resolution No. 03-NQ/TU dated October 26, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on digital transformation of Hai Phong city to 2025, orientation to 2030; Plan No. 31/KH-UBND dated February 18, 2025 of the City People's Committee on Hai Phong City's Digital Transformation in 2025, on the following contents:
– 100% of administrative procedures qualified by law are provided in the form of online public services.
– 100% of work records are processed online (except for work records that are state secrets).
– 100% issue results of electronic administrative procedures.
– 100% of reports are done on the reporting information system of ministries and branches, connected to the Government's reporting information system.
– Ensure that information technology and telecommunications infrastructure operates smoothly and without interruption during the process of converting the headquarters to the city's political and administrative center area in the North of Cam River.
