(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of October 16, To Hieu Political School coordinated with the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department to organize a city-level scientific conference "Building and developing the economy associated with cultural development according to the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh" on the occasion of the 55th Anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Will (1969 - 2024).
