(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of March 7, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue chaired the Second National Conference to implement the Laws and Resolutions of the 6th Session and 5th Extraordinary Session of the 15th National Assembly. Also chairing the Conference were Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man and other National Assembly Vice Chairmen.
The conference was held in Hanoi and connected online with 63 bridge points of provinces and cities across the country, with the participation of 1,147 delegates.

The Laws passed by the National Assembly promptly institutionalized the Party's policy on building and perfecting institutions and dismantling promptly resolve difficulties, problems, barriers, create the most favorable conditions for people and businesses, and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of people and businesses. The above contents are specifically expressed in many provisions of the Land Law, Housing Law, Identity Law and other laws.

During the discussion, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho said: according to the Social Housing Construction Project approved by the Prime Minister, Hai Phong is assigned a target to build 33,500 social housing units by 2030. To complete assigned targets, the city proactively associates social housing investment with socio-economic development.

To effectively deploy law enforcement, the Chairman of the National Assembly emphasized a number of key tasks that need to be performed in the coming time. That is, the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee organize and implement the contents as prescribed in the Law and Resolution; promptly handle arising issues within its authority based on requests from the Government, agencies, organizations, and National Assembly delegates... The National Assembly Chairman requested the Government and Prime Minister to closely follow the requirements and regulations.Specific tasks on implementation for each passed Law and Resolution, and soon issue a list of documents detailing the implementation of Laws and Resolutions; continue to promulgate plans to implement Laws and Resolutions of the National Assembly; Arrange resources and prepare conditions to ensure task requirements are met.
