On the morning of April 13, the Politburo and the Party Central Committee Secretariat organized a national conference to research, study, grasp and implement the Resolution of the 2nd Conference of the 14th Party Central Committee. The conference was held in a live and online format at venues across the country, with the main venue at Dien Hong meeting room, National Assembly Building.
