On the morning of May 23, 2023, Hai Phong Department of Finance organized a conference to support small and medium-sized enterprises in Hai Phong city to implement digital transformation in the 2023-2025 period.
The conference was attended by Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; Director of the Department of Finance (chaired the conference); Representatives of leaders of Departments: Science and Technology, Information and Communications, Industry and Trade; People's Committees of districts; Units providing digital transformation solutions: VNPT - Hai Phong, Viettel Hai Phong, Misa Joint Stock Company; Business and business associations and associations in the city; Together with more than 100 newly established businesses in the city.

The Department of Finance is one of the leading units in applying digital technology to most administrative procedures and business support. Using an automatic response system using artificial intelligence (AI) in English and Vietnamese in the field of business registration and investment on the Department of Finance's Electronic Information Portal; Use the Hai Phong Business Registration Office page on the Zalo application to easily and promptly transmit information and guidance content, support businesses in carrying out business registration procedures, and help businesses quickly enter the market.

To support SMEs in the city to access digital technology, the Department of Finance has coordinated with VNPT - Hai Phong, Viettel Hai Phong, and Misa Joint Stock Company to provide digital transformation support packages for businesses.

After the conference, the Department will coordinate with units providing digital transformation solutions to grasp the problems and difficulties in the process of businesses implementing digital transformation to support and promptly resolve them.
