Overview of the Conference.
This is an activity in an effort to realize the Party and State's guidelines and policies on continuing to promote national digital transformation, develop the digital economy, digital society and digital citizens; Deploy the Action Program of the City People's Committee to implement Resolution No. 03-NQ/TU dated October 26, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on digital transformation of Hai Phong city to 2025, with a vision to 2030.

At the Conference, the Department of Finance and units of VNPT Hai Phong, Viettel Hai Phong, and Misa Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation agreement to support SMEs in Hai Phong city to implement digital transformation in the period 2023 - 2025. Accordingly, providing support packages for businesses such as free support for 01 year of digital signatures, the first 300 numbers of electronic invoices. In addition, according to their needs, businesses can register to receive software support such as accounting software, business management software, sales management software, accounting service connection software... and a number of other technology platforms.

At the end of the Conference, 15 businesses received direct support from units, thereby contributing to improving capacity and competitive advantage, creating new values for businesses, improving the efficiency of production and business activities, and contributing to the city's digital transformation mission.

Businesses and investors can scan the QR code to log in to the Department of Finance's electronic information portal to download forms and procedures for carrying out administrative procedures on business registration and investment procedures.

At the same time, the Department of Finance has used the automatic response system using artificial intelligence (AI) in English and Vietnamese in the fields of business registration and investment on the Electronic Information Portal of the Department of Finance; Use the Zalo page "Hai Phong Business Registration Office" to easily and promptly transmit information and guidance content, support businesses in carrying out business registration procedures, and help businesses quickly enter the market.
