The City People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize programs and events for the inauguration, groundbreaking, and groundbreaking ceremonies to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 - December 19, 2025) and the 14th National Congress of the Party, term 2025 - 2030.
The event was organized to summarize the 5-year journey (2021 - 2025) of implementing a strategic breakthrough in developing synchronous and modern infrastructure according to the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress; thereby affirming the socio-economic achievements that have been achieved, while creating new momentum and motivation for the next stage of development, contributing to marking an important political milestone for the country, practically welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party.
According to the Central Program, the program commemorating the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance War Day (December 19, 1946 - December 19, 2025) and welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party will be held simultaneously at 79 bridge points across the country, connected online and broadcast live on Vietnam Television; Of which there are 10 live broadcast points and 69 online broadcast points, Hai Phong city was selected for 02 online television broadcast points.
At the bridge point, the Center held the inauguration ceremony of a number of projects and the opening of the first flight of the Long Thanh International Airport Construction Investment Project (phase 1) - Component 3 project, at Long Thanh International Airport, Dong Nai province.
Implementing the Central Program, Hai Phong City People's Committee selected 13 works and projects in the area to organize the commencement, inauguration, and groundbreaking at 11 bridge points, including:
02 main bridge points of the city connecting online with the Central Government (02 bridge points corresponding to 04 works and projects):
(1) Inauguration ceremony: Some projects belonging to the Social Housing Project of the Trang Due Urban Area - Commercial Services and Workers' Housing Project (belonging to the Central Online Bridge Point).
– Venue: Lot NO.CN belonging to Trang Due Urban Area - Commercial Services and Workers' Housing project, Le Loi commune and Quoc Tuan commune, An Duong district (now An Duong ward), Hai Phong city.
(2) Groundbreaking ceremony: Investment projects to build intersections at different levels of Le Hong Phong - Nguyen Trai, Bui Vien - Le Hong Phong and Bui Vien - Vo Nguyen Giap streets (belonging to the Central Online bridge point).
– Organization location: An Bien ward, Le Chan, Hai Phong city.
9 city bridge points organized simultaneously with the Central Government, including:
(1)Starting ceremony of the Investment Project to build a mixed-use building at lot 1.14/CTHH-01(Component project No. 01: Investment to build a commercial and service project - 41-storey apartment).
– Venue: Lot I.14/CTHH-01 in the new urban area North of Cam River, Thuy Nguyen district (now Thuy Nguyen ward, Hai Phong city).
(2)Starting ceremony of Infrastructure investment project connecting stations on the line and station squares (Component project 1: Infrastructure investment connecting stations on the line and station squares under the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway construction investment project).
– Event location: Nam Hai Duong station entrance area (Yet Kieu commune and Gia Loc commune, Hai Phong city).
(3)Groundbreaking ceremony: Investment project to build a logistics service center, petroleum and cargo port, petroleum warehouse, commercial service area.
– Organization location: Nguyen Dai Nang ward, Hai Phong city.
(4)Starting ceremony of the residential construction investment project at lane 226 Le Lai, Ngo Quyen ward - Component project 1 (technical infrastructure and commercial housing).
– Location: Lane 226 Le Lai area, Ngo Quyen ward.
(5)Starting ceremony of the Luong Dien - Ngoc Lien Industrial Park infrastructure investment and construction project.
– Organization location: Cam Giang commune, Hai Phong city.
(6)Groundbreaking ceremony: Project to build new emergency, technical and paraclinical blocks; technical, paraclinical and inpatient skills; medical, administrative, technical and inpatient services, Hai Duong General Hospital.
– Venue: On the campus of the General Hospital, Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Phong City.
(7)The groundbreaking ceremony of An Tho Industrial Cluster.
– Organization location: An Hung commune, Hai Phong city.
(8)The groundbreaking ceremony of An Phu Industrial Cluster.
– Organization location: Tran Lieu ward, Kinh Mon ward, Hai Phong city.
(9)Groundbreaking ceremony of Dung Tien - Giang Bien Industrial Cluster.
– Organization location: Vinh Thuan commune, Hai Phong city.
