(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of September 20, the City People's Council's thematic supervision team on implementing legal regulations in granting certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land in the city worked with the People's Committee of Kien An district. According to the report of Kien An District People's Committee, from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024, Kien An District People's Committee issued 1,276 Land Use Rights Certificates, contributing significantly to the task of budget collection in the district. Currently, the rate of issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates across the district reaches 90.44%, helping people carry out legal and convenient contracts and transactions, thereby minimizing legal risks when people participate in these transactions. There are still 3,016 households and individuals whose land has not been granted a Certificate. The remaining residential land area that has not been granted a Certificate is 65.78 hectares.

The District People's Committee has received 37 applications = 37 cases related to the issuance of Certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land. Of these, there are 28 applications = 28 cases under jurisdiction; 22 applications have been resolved, 6 applications are being resolved. There are no outstanding, lengthy, or complicated cases related to the issuance of Certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land.

After listening to reports and opinions of members of the Supervision Team and speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the City People's Council Pham Van Lap assessed that Kien An district has made many efforts, determination and innovation in the work of granting land use rights certificates in recent times; Propaganda, dissemination, and implementation of land law regulations related to the issuance of Certificates, and the promulgation of related directive and guiding documents are strictly implemented. Every year, the district organizes delegations to inspect and supervise the issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates, thereby promptly overcoming and creating many positive changes, achieving many remarkable results in the issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates.
The Chairman of the City People's Council requested that the People's Committee of Kien An District accept the opinions of the Departments, branches and members of the Supervision Team to complete the report according to the outline requested by the Supervision Team, accompanied by illustrative appendices, along with solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the coming time; City departments and branches need to participate in dismantling, answering and resolving the recommendations raised by the district. The Chairman of the City People's Council requested the members of the Supervision Team and the Support Team to continue to improve their sense of responsibility, study reports of localities and units, and contribute opinions to the General Supervision Team to develop a report to submit to the City People's Council on implementing the provisions of law in granting certificates of land use rights, housing ownership and housing rights.Assets attached to land in the city are practical and effective.
