(HPDT) - This is the direction of comrade Le Khac Nam, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, at the inspection and quality supervision of the construction of HH3 and HH4 Dong Quoc Binh apartments (Ngo Quyen district), on the morning of June 19. Comrade Le Khac Nam highly appreciated the efforts of investors and contractors to overcome difficulties in construction and ensure project progress. He emphasized that the Dong Quoc Binh HH3 and HH4 apartment building project is a key project of the city, with important implications for social security and urban appearance improvement. Therefore, it is recommended that investors and construction contractors develop detailed progress charts each week; Focus on machinery and human resources, deploy construction measures to ensure the quality and progress of the project to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2019. During the construction process, pay attention to measures to ensure labor safety, traffic safety, environmental sanitation, and minimize impact on the surrounding area. Department of ConstructionResponsible for checking and closely monitoring the quality of input materials of the project, especially fire protection systems, elevators, etc. Coordinate with the Department of Finance to review the regulations of the Government and the Ministry of Finance, and soon propose to the city solutions to remove obstacles in implementing BT contracts with project investors.

As of June 17, 2019, apartment buildings HH3 and HH4 completed the entire body structure and began completing the project. The volume of construction work reached 59%. It is expected that the project will be completed in November 2019, handed over and put into use before Lunar New Year 2020.
