The Social Housing Project at Lac Vien Warehouse 3 aims to ensure the goal of developing housing area in Ngo Quyen district, meeting the housing needs of people, especially people in old apartment buildings in Ngo Quyen and Hong Bang districts, ensuring the environment and landscape of existing urban residential areas; Improve land use efficiency, save urban land funds and provide centralized services to serve people's lives, contributing to ensuring social security in the city.
The project is invested by Thai - Holding Joint Stock Company, with a social housing area construction scale of about 53,913m2, including 10 15-storey apartment blocks, a total of about 4,456 apartments; Commercial housing area with an area of about 13,063m2, about 163 apartments, 07 floors high; Technical infrastructure on a land area of 16.91 hectares (including on-site resettlement area with an area of 8,100m2) with items: roads, water supply, drainage, power supply, lighting, fire protection, green flower gardens... and connection to technical and social infrastructure systems in neighboring residential areas. The investor plans to build the items and put the project into operation after 2 years from the date of the land allocation decision. Currently, Hai Phong City is clearing land for the project implementation area.
