Objective: To invest in the construction of technical infrastructure for Thuy Nguyen Mechanical and Casting Craft Village Industrial Cluster in a synchronous, modern, and environmentally friendly manner. Upon completion and operation, the project will create a high-quality industrial land fund for business, operation, and infrastructure management; thereby strongly attracting investors and production facilities in Thuy Nguyen to a single location.
Scale: Total area is 19.96 ha. Of which, the majority of the area (199,641.82 m2) is allocated for the construction of the industrial cluster, and the remaining area (544.43 m2) is common-use traffic land.
Implementation Period: 2024-August 2027
Total Investment (TI): Nearly 515 billion VND
