(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of July 15, comrade Le Trung Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, inspected the progress and worked with LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. on the implementation of the construction investment project of the Innotek Hai Phong Factory Project - Phase 3 at Lot I-3, I-4, Trang Due Industrial Park, An Duong district.

Innotek Hai Phong factory was built on a land area of 17.2 hectares; including building a new 5-storey factory, expanded auxiliary house, security house and other buildings. According to leaders of LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd., to date the factory's overall progress has reached 75%. In particular, the progress of the exterior wall panel is 95%, expected to be completed by July 31; windows and glass reach 60%; Infrastructure is being completed; Fire prevention and fighting system reaches 90%; cable tray progress system 90%; 30% fire alarm... The company is striving to install the line from September 2024.

Company leaders also said that there are currently about 1,500 workers working on the construction site. Units arrange reasonable construction time and increase overtime when necessary to ensure construction progress.

Through the field inspection and listening to the report, Mr. Le Trung Kien, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, emphasized that Innotek's Factory No. 3 project is very important to both the city and LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. This is a project implemented as a result of the working visit of Comrade Party Secretary Le Tien Chau in Korea in 2023, with a total investment of more than 01 billion USD. The Head of Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board acknowledged that LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. and the construction contractors were very prompt in implementing the project, progress exceeded requirements, and quality was guaranteed. In particular, the Company focuses on using many domestic raw materials, contributing to promoting domestic production.
Comrade Head of Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board requested LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. to promote a more positive, urgent and proactive spirit; Accelerate the progress of factory construction, striving to complete it in May 2025, practically celebrating the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong's liberation; Red Poinciana Festival 2025; XVII Congress of the City Party Committee. He affirmed that the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board is ready to accompany and create all favorable conditions for the project to be implemented as quickly as possible./.
