The Organizing Committee has developed a comprehensive communication plan, combining traditional and modern methods:
Mass Media: Organize a press conference to introduce the festival. Hai Phong Newspaper and Radio, Television (THP) will broadcast live the Commemoration Ceremony and Festival Opening on the evening of September 26, 2026, on THP and digital platforms, and coordinate re-broadcasting to local stations. A 05-minute video clip introducing the World Heritage Brand Identity Kit will also be screened at the opening ceremony.
Digital Technology & Social Media Application: Integrate QR codes on the Smart Hai Phong application to provide complete information about the program, festival space map, accommodation, dining, and entertainment services for visitors. Mobilize KOLs and TikTokers to participate in Livestream sessions promoting OCOP products, agricultural produce, and traditional craft villages.
Visuals & Publications: Install a system of billboards, banners, and decorative flags on main roads leading to the historical site, renovate landscape with decorative miniatures, and publish cultural promotional materials.
To build an image of a civilized festival, the Organizing Committee is tightening management, committing to no beggars, no soliciting tourists, and no exchanging small denominations at inflated prices within the festival area.
In addition, the City Police and other functional forces are proactively planning traffic diversion and ensuring absolute safety for delegates, local residents, and visitors. Fire prevention and control, forest fire prevention, food safety and hygiene, medical care, and environmental sanitation are also actively implemented. Acts of fortune-telling, hired prayers, hired offerings, or superstitious activities will be strictly checked and handled.
We respectfully announce and invite the public and visitors to attend!
