The Chairman requested the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for traffic works to finalize the volume and carry out procedures to terminate the contract with the contractor ECON Investment - Construction Joint Stock Company due to not focusing on increasing human resources, equipment and machinery to organize construction.
Assign the Department of Transport to soon check and urge the completion of adjustment documents for the investment project to renovate and upgrade the route from Doan Lap intersection - Han bridge - National Highway 37, and submit it to the City People's Committee for appraisal.
