(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On September 19, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung and leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities inspected the progress of the entire project line: Investment project to build a coastal road passing through Hai Phong city; Project to renovate and upgrade the road connecting Dang bridge and Han bridge with National Highway 37; Urban transport development project and inter-ward road construction investment project phase 2.

Chairman of the City People's Committee inspected key projects of the city
Through inspection along the route and meetings and discussions with people, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested:
Regarding the investment project to build a coastal road passing through Hai Phong city: request the City People's Committee Office to synthesize and review all cases in the area of land clearance and report to the Chairman of the City People's Committee to meet with relevant departments, branches and localities to completely resolve problems in land clearance work; Request localities involved in site clearance work on the entire coastal road to issue decisions on enforcement and land recovery to ensure project progress; Noted the difficulties in capital allocation, requested the Project Management Board to urgently start construction of the bridge across the Thai Binh River this year.
Regarding the road project connecting Dang bridge and Han bridge paths with National Highway 37: request the Project Management Board to proactively speed up construction contractors to ensure completion in 2019; Through field inspection and discussion with households having problems with site clearance, it was confirmed that citizens' petitions were not legal enough to resolve, requesting Vinh Bao and Tien Lang districts to issue a decision on enforcement and land recovery on September 19; assigned the City People's Committee Office to request the Department of Transport to prepare construction documents for the old road in preparation for enforcement work.

Regarding the Urban Transport Development Project and the Inter-ward Road Construction Investment Project Phase 2, acknowledge the Project Management Board; Hai An and An Duong districts have actively implemented the conclusions of the Chairman of the City People's Committee. In addition, localities are required to be proactive in site clearance and site protection so that Contractors can implement the project to ensure completion of the project according to plan.
