(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of January 10, Comrade Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation, hosted a reception for Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to Vietnam Rogelio Polanco Fuentes who paid a courtesy visit to the city's leaders.
