COMMUNE LEVEL MANAGEMENT IN HAI PHONG CITY
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Department of Finance has organized a consultation on the Draft Decision of the City People's Committee stipulating the time limit for sending annual settlement reports for public investment capital under the budget management of the City People's Committee; The order and time limit for preparing, sending, and reviewing annual settlement accounts for public investment capital under the budget of the commune-level People's Committee managed in Hai Phong city. The summary of opinions is as follows:
1. By December 27, 2025, a total of 132 agencies and units had submitted comments/suggestions and written social criticism on the content of the Draft Decision of the City People's Committee stipulating the time limit for submitting annual settlement reports for public investment capital under the budget management of the City People's Committee; The order and time limit for preparing, sending, and reviewing annual settlement accounts for public investment capital under the budget of the commune-level People's Committee managed in Hai Phong city. 2. Specific results are as follows:
– Agencies and units agree with the Draft dossier: 127/132 agencies and units. - Agencies with comments to request research and correction: 05/132 agencies and units (People's Committee of Lac Phuong commune, People's Committee of Bach Long Vi special zone, Standing Committee of the city's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Department of Justice, State Treasury Region III).
