Announcement of admission to the Innolead training program - Creative Leadership

💡 Currently, the world situation is facing many complex fluctuations, posing many challenges for businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. To adapt to this context, businesses are constantly looking for solutions to overcome difficulties and challenges. In particular, senior business managers (CEOs) play an important role in shaping a dynamic environment to promote the transformation of both individuals and businesses. This practice has required the leadership team to improve capacity to create a favorable environment to promote innovation in businesses.

💡“InnoLead” – “Innovative Leadership” is a training program for leaders of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to build the necessary capabilities to run organizations and units in the direction of innovation. The program is designed and implemented by FTU Innovation and Incubation Center within the framework of 2023 activities of the Project "Promoting small and medium-sized enterprises and developing industry" chaired by Department of Enterprise Development (AED) - Ministry of Planning and Investment with sponsorship from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

General program goals:

• Support small and medium-sized business leaders to have a deeper understanding of the world context with major technological changes but also many challenges in the VUCA/BANI context, proactively building the necessary capacity to lead the organization towards innovation-centric development.
• Foster the necessary competencies for leaders and promote a culture of innovation in the organization.
