Implementing the 2024 Inspection Plan, the Department of Finance Inspectorate issued Decision No. 69/QD-TTr dated May 15, 2024 on the inspection of investment management work at the People's Committee of Hai An District in 2021-2023. The inspection team conducted a direct inspection in Hai An district from May 27, 2024 to July 5, 2024. Based on the inspection results and reports of the Inspection Team, the Department of Finance Inspectorate issued Conclusion No. 04/KL-TTr dated September 16, 2024 on the inspection of investment management work at the People's Committee of Hai An District.
The inspection recorded the results and advantages of investment management in Hai An district in 2021 - 2023, at the same time clearly pointed out limitations, shortcomings, causes and recommended that the People's Committee of Hai An district direct relevant agencies and units to seriously learn from experience, overcome limitations and shortcomings to improve the efficiency of capital construction investment management, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development.
