During two days, July 8-9, the Department of Finance organized a training conference on administrative and career accounting regimes for officials and civil servants in charge of finance and accounting work in communes, wards, and special zones in Hai Phong city.
Implementing the 2-level local government model, improving the quality of governance and transparent and professional public financial management, the training conference was organized with the purpose of updating and fostering knowledge for the students who are staff working in finance and accounting in communes, wards and special zones.
At the Conference, students were updated with new content on administrative and public accounting regimes applied to the commune level according to current regulations; Provide specific instructions on the process of estimating, implementing and finalizing the commune budget in accordance with the provisions of the State Budget Law and guiding documents. In particular, the conference also introduced and guided the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in accounting work. At the same time, here students have the opportunity to exchange and discuss with experts about practical problems in the locality.
Through the training program, we contribute to spreading the spirit of building e-government, promoting transparent and effective public financial management, and best serving the sustainable development of the city.
