On the afternoon of June 23, the Office of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City coordinated with the Office of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province to organize a training conference (additional) on a number of shared information systems serving the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies at commune level in direct and online forms in combination with the demand point of Hai Duong province and 114 communes and special zones (belonging to the new Hai Phong city).
At the training conference, delegates were instructed to synthesize and report information; Operate the Party's document management system software; 1022 switchboard system receives and processes people's feedback and recommendations; Instructions for administration and operation of the commune-level electronic information portal.
The training activity aims to concretize Plan No. 01 of the Steering Committee to develop a project to arrange and reorganize provincial and commune-level administrative units in the city, preparing for the trial operation of commune-level Party, government and Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies according to the 2-level local government model, expected to be implemented from July 1./.
