According to the report, to implement the digital transformation task in 2022, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment carries out 6 specific projects as follows:
Project "Strengthening Land Management and Land Database" (VILG): The project is implemented in 11 district-level administrative units including: 07 districts including Hong Bang, Le Chan, Kien An, An Lao, Hai An, Tien Lang, Kien Thuy: implementing new construction of land database; 04 districts including Do Son, Duong Kinh, Cat Hai, Ngo Quyen: Carry out conversion and supplementation of land database. Up to now, construction is underway to build a land database for 6/11 districts including: Hong Bang, Le Chan, Kien An, Hai An, An Lao, and Ngo Quyen.
Investment project to build a cadastral record system and land management database - phase I (implemented in 04 districts: Duong Kinh, Do Son, Cat Hai, Bach Long Vy). Investment scale: Measuring and making cadastral maps of 04 districts. Declaration and land registration of 100% of land plots; New issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates (for land plots that have not yet been granted land certificates) is 12,330 plots, and renewal of land use rights certificates according to people's needs is 37,729 plots. Build a database for all land plots of 04 districts. Use Elis software to build, manage, exploit and operate databases. Up to now, the work of measuring and making cadastral maps of 04 districts has been completed and handed over to the People's Committees of the districts; Land Registration Office under the Department of Natural Resources and EnvironmentManagement, exploitation and use from 2014 to present: Cadastral map: 1/500 scale for 2,363.20 hectares; ratio 1/1000 for 4,215.68 hectares; ratio 1/2000 for 4,950.41 hectares; ratio 1/5000 for 426.24 hectares

Build and update national geographic database at scale 1/2000 and 1/5000 for Hai Phong city. Project Control Center for integrating environmental monitoring data and installing automatic environmental monitoring stations phase 1: Building software to manage, update and retrieve hydrometeorological databases and monitor climate change. Develop software user manuals. Building and editing a map system of some basic hydro-meteorological elements of Hai Phong city, including: Average annual evaporation map, Total radiation map, Map of harmful cold days and severe cold days, Map of storm circulation paths in the coastal area of Hai Phong city.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee emphasized: projects implemented by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment implementing digital transformation meet the requirements of land, natural resources and environment management as well as the information search needs of the people. He requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to properly implement the investment process according to the provisions of law. Accelerate the implementation progress of projects to ensure synchronization and efficiency. Before August 1, complete the data and land data of the 4 districts, organize a preliminary and final report to propose to the City People's Committee.
