The coordination program to carry out the task of building Hai Phong's working class in Industrial Parks and Economic Zones for the period 2021 - 2025 and the 2023 coordination plan have been seriously implemented by three agencies; There is effective coordination in leadership and direction of implementation of activities. Coordination to understand the situation of life, employment, wages, income, labor relations, working conditions, employee welfare and production situation of enterprises in the Industrial Park is carried out regularly and effectively. Propaganda work achieved many positive results, with innovation, practicality in content, flexibility, and appropriateness in form.
The work of developing the party and establishing new grassroots unions in the spirit of Resolution No. 28-NQ/TU of the City Party Committee's Standing Committee achieved the set targets. Emulation movements among workers have been implemented effectively; There are many models of "Smart Civil Service" that contribute practically to taking care of the lives of workers. The coordination to advise and organize a dialogue conference between the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and workers and labor officials, and to advise on social housing, achieved positive results. Increase meetings, contacts, and dialogues with businesses to create consensus and support of business owners for the city's policies on taking care of life, jobs, and housing for workers.
