Comrade Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Do Manh Hien directly inspected items at the Congress area such as: hall, sound system, lighting, LED screen, ceremony, decoration, seating arrangement for delegates, function rooms, photo exhibition area and other ancillary areas.
