On May 15, the 9th Session, the 15th National Assembly continued its tenth working day at the National Assembly House, Hanoi Capital under the chairmanship of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.
Morning: The National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall, carrying out the following contents: (i) listening to the Proposal, discussing and voting to approve the adjustment of the program of the 9th Session, 15th National Assembly; (ii) listen to the Proposal and Verification Report of the Law project amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations; (iii) listen to the Proposal and Verification Report of the Law project amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; (iv) listen to the Proposal and Verification Report of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Rules of the National Assembly session issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly; (v) discussion in the hall on the Atomic Energy Law project (amended). Afternoon: The National Assembly holds a plenary session in the hall, carry out the following contents (i) listen to the Proposal and Verification Report of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for private economic development; (ii) listen to the Proposal and Verification Report of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies, creating breakthroughs in the construction and organization of law enforcement.
In the afternoon, the National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents: (i) Project Law on Participation in United Nations peacekeeping forces; (ii) Draft Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for private economic development; (iii) Draft Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies, creating breakthroughs in the construction and organization of law enforcement./.
