Currently, the Business Registration Office receives many applications, letters, petitions, complaints... from a number of organizations and individuals requesting to resolve disputes within businesses, specifically:
– Internal company disputes related to: operating rights, company management, use of seal, profit division, property appropriation, falsification of records, signatures, member/owner/legal representative of the enterprise absconding, missing….
– Debt disputes, salary arrears, illegal dismissal of workers;
– Disputes over trade names, trademarks, trademarks;
– Production facilities pollute the environment with noise, water sources...
– Head office address is not under the legal ownership/use rights of the business;

Pursuant to Clauses 2 and 3, Article 4 of Decree No. 78/2015/ND-CP dated September 14, 2015 of the Government on business registration, the Business Registration Office is only responsible for the validity of business registration documents, is not responsible for violations of the law by businesses and business founders, does not resolve disputes Disputes between members and shareholders of the company with each other or with other organizations and individuals, or between the enterprise and other organizations and individuals.
Accordingly, depending on the content of the dispute or petition, organizations and individuals may directly contact specialized management agencies or initiate a lawsuit in court to be considered and resolved according to their authority such as:
– Internal disputes, debts, salary arrears, illegal dismissal of workers, ownership/right to use headquarters address, house rental contract... then contact the Court;
– If you have a dispute over a trade name, trademark, or trademark, please contact the Intellectual Property Office or the Department of Science and Technology;
– For environmental pollution and noise, please contact the District People's Committee or Department of Natural Resources and Environment...
