On the evening of April 10, 2026 in Hanoi, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung attended the 80th Anniversary of the day President Ho Chi Minh wrote a letter calling for Vietnamese landowners and farmers to join agricultural cooperatives (April 11, 1946 - April 11, 2026); Vietnam Cooperative Day (April 11); Awarding the "Cooperative Star" award and "Mai An Tiem" award in 2026 to honor 100 typical cooperatives across the country.

Hai Phong city has two cooperatives that received the "Cooperative Star" award: Nam Vu Clean Agricultural Cooperative (Ha Bac commune) and Binh An Collective Enterprise (Hong Bang ward). For the "Mai An Tiem" award, three products were honored, including: Fresh Carrots product of Duc Chinh Agricultural Service Cooperative (Tue Tinh commune), Thanh Son Lychee product of Thanh Son Agricultural Service Cooperative (Thanh Ha commune), Cuc Chi flower tea product of Thang Thuy Agricultural Production and Business Services Cooperative (Vinh Thinh commune)./.
