(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of March 5, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong chaired a Workshop on Solutions to deploy and develop digital platforms, digital data, applications, and city digital services. The project to develop digital platforms, digital data, applications, and city digital services is a main and central content in the city's digital transformation plan. Project scope related to digital data items; digital platform and digital applications, in which digital data content is responsible for building an integrated city shared data warehouse, linking information from the National Public Service Portal and socio-economic sectors to serve direction and administration. According to the Plan, the Project strives to be completed in September 2024.

At the Workshop, delegates discussed, analyzed and clarified a number of contents related to the overview of the Project scope and Implementation Plan, along with overall solution models; Integrated Connector, shares data through the Integrated Data Sharing Platform; Data warehouse for citizens and organizations when conducting online transactions with state agencies; Centralized digital signing solution; Shared data warehouse; Open data portal; Centralized data analysis and processing platform; Multi-platform application serving administration and overall management of the government (Digital government application); System for monitoring, checking and evaluating digital government services; Electronic identity authentication system; Applications on many digital platforms to provide servicesservices for people and businesses (Digital Citizen Application); Digital skills development system….
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong requested departments, branches and contractors to focus on building a shared data warehouse to store a lot of data.
By listening to the opinions of delegates at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong emphasized that Digital transformation is one of the top goals that need attention in the current period. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested consulting units and contractors implementing the Project to urgently build a shared data warehouse with a large data "architecture", connected to the current systems of departments, branches and localities to ensure synchronous and convenient operation, and soon put the Project into operation to serve the city's operational management. Along with that, pay attention to building a management apparatus and providing data to help state agencies, citizens and businesses effectively exploit digital government applications.
