Draft Resolution regulating the first-time registration fee for passenger cars with 9 seats or less in Hai Phong city

The Department of Finance has prepared a draft Resolution stipulating the first registration fee for passenger cars with 9 seats or less in Hai Phong city, reporting to the City People's Committee to submit to the City People's Council for promulgation of the Resolution.
