Functions and tasks of Hai Phong Department of Finance
Decision No. 2638/2016/QD-UBND dated October 28, 2016 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong city promulgating Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Finance.
Hai Phong City Department of Finance is a specialized agency under the Hai Phong City People's Committee that performs the function of advising and assisting the City People's Committee in managing planning, planning and investment, including:
– Summary of socio-economic development planning and plans;
– Organize implementation and propose mechanisms and policies for socio-economic management in the city;
– Management of domestic and foreign investment in the city;
– Manage official development assistance (ODA), preferential loans from donors, and foreign non-governmental aid; bidding;
– Register a business within the city area;
– Synthesize and unify management of issues of enterprises, collective economy, cooperatives, and private economy;
– Organizes the provision of public services within the scope of state management of the Department according to the provisions of law.
