Abolishing regulations related to allocating at least 10% of land-related budget revenue for land surveying, registration, issuance of Certificates, establishment of land databases, and registration of changes and cadastral record adjustments – Illustration
The Resolution clearly states: From 2026, the provision to allocate at least 10% of land use fees and land lease revenues for land surveying, registration, issuance of Certificates, establishment of land databases, and registration of changes and cadastral record adjustments, as stipulated in Government resolutions, Prime Minister's decisions, and directives issued before the effective date of this Resolution (June 22, 2026), shall no longer be applied.
The People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities shall proactively arrange funding to carry out the aforementioned tasks in accordance with the provisions of state budget law.
The Resolution takes effect from June 22, 2026.
