Decree No. 229/2026/ND-CP recently issued by the Government has established a new legal framework for the organization and operation of the National Science and Technology Development Fund. With a series of breakthrough mechanisms in sponsorship, finance, management and resource mobilization, the Fund is oriented to become a modern national financial tool, operating according to international standards, creating a strong driving force to promote the development of science, technology and innovation.
