The Government has just issued Decree No. 260/2026/ND-CP with a series of outstanding preferential policies for strategic technology research and development activities. Notably, businesses can receive up to 100% loan interest support, and at the same time receive up to 100% funding from the State to carry out research tasks ordered by the State.
