(Haiphong.gov.vn) - At 12:45 a.m., June 15, the first flight departing from Lijiang (Yunnan, China) landed at Cat Bi International Airport (Hai Phong). Welcoming the first group of visitors to the city via flight were comrade Le Khac Nam, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; and representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and units.
>The flight includes 162 passengers, departing from Lijiang at 11:30 a.m., flight time is 2 hours 15 minutes. The airline will operate 3 weekly flights from Hai Phong - Lijiang on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, from June 15, 2024 - June 14, 2025.
At Cat Bi International Airport, passengers were warmly welcomed with a vibrant lion dance program, and flowers were given by city leaders to wish the passengers an impressive tourism service experience in the city.
