ON MANAGEMENT AND USE OF OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE (ODA) AND CONCESSIONAL LOANS OF FOREIGN SPONSORS
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Government Organization dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to the State Budget Law dated June 25, 2015;
Pursuant to the Bidding Law dated November 26, 2013;
Pursuant to the Construction Law dated June 18, 2014; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Construction Law dated June 17, 2020;
Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of State Capital Investment in Production and Business at Enterprises dated November 26, 2014;
Pursuant to the Law on International Treaties dated April 9, 2016;
Pursuant to the Law on Public Debt Management dated November 23, 2017;
Pursuant to the Law on Public Investment dated June 13, 2019;
Pursuant to the Investment Law dated June 17, 2020;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated June 17, 2020;
Pursuant to the Law on Investment by public-private partnership dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to the Law on Environmental Protection dated November 17, 2020;
At the request of the Minister of Planning and Investment;
The Government promulgates a Decree on the management and use of official development assistance (ODA) and concessional loans from foreign donors.
