Choose an asset auction organization
The Department of Finance of Hai Phong City announces the selection of an asset auction organization with the following specific contents:
1. Name and address of the person whose property is auctioned
– Name of the agency having the auctioned assets: Hai Phong City Department of Finance.
– Address: No. 6 Hong Bang Street, Hong Bang Ward, Hai City
2. Asset name, quantity, quality, starting price of the auction asset
2.1. Auction availability, quantity, condition:
– Assets: 01 16-seat car; Brand: Toyota Hiace; Machine number: 2TR6275951; Chassis number: JTFRX12P-309000631; Paint color: blue; Manufactured in 2006 in Vietnam; License plate: 34A-003.85 used. Car registration certificate number: 035750 issued by the Traffic Police Department - Hai Duong Provincial Police on July 21, 2006.
– Asset status: Used, depreciated and no longer needed.
Starting price of the property: 32,000,000 VND (Thirty-two million VND). The starting price mentioned above does not include VAT. The person who wins the car auction is responsible for: Paying all taxes, fees, charges, and other fees when transferring the car's ownership from the time of handing over the car and is responsible for paying for the transfer of car ownership (if any).
3. Criteria for selecting an asset auction practice organization
– Necessary facilities and equipment to ensure the auction for the type of auctioned assets;
– Feasible and effective auction plan;
– Capacity, experience and reputation of the organization practicing asset auction;
– Being named in the list of organizations practicing asset auctions published by the Ministry of Justice;
– Other criteria suitable for auctioned assets.

4. Application for participation in selection of asset auction practice organization
– Written registration to participate in selecting an organization to practice asset auction (original);
– Capacity profile of the unit;
– Plan to organize asset auction.
(Submitted registration documents to participate in selection of asset auction practice organizations will not be returned. Asset auction practice organizations track the selection results on the National Asset Auction Portal).
5. Time, form, and place to submit registration documents to participate in selecting an organization to practice asset auction:
– Time to receive applications: From 07:30' on May 18, 2026 to 17:00' on May 22, 2026 (during office hours).
– Application form: Submit directly to the Department of Finance of Hai Phong city.
– Location for receiving applications: Department of Finance of Hai Phong city; Address: No. 6 Hong Bang Street, Hong Bang Ward, Hai Phong City.
This notice is posted at the headquarters of the Department of Finance of Hai Phong city and posted on the National Asset Auction Portal for organizations practicing asset auctions to know and register according to regulations.
