Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Government Organization dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 39/2022/ND-CP dated June 18, 2022 of the Government promulgating the Government's Working Regulations;
Based on the discussion of Government Members, opinions of delegates attending the meeting and conclusions of the Prime Minister at the regular Government Meeting in June 2024 and the Government's online conference with localities, held on July 6
