CITIZEN RECEPTION SCHEDULE
OF HAI PHONG DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
1. Time:
– Morning: from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.
– Afternoon: from 13:30 to 17:00.
2. Receiving citizens on working days of the week.
There is a schedule for assigning officials to receive citizens (attached).
3. Department Director:
Receiving citizens on the 15th of every month, if it falls on a holiday, holiday or New Year, the next day is the first adjacent working day; In case of unexpected busyness (force majeure), the Director of the Department authorizes the Deputy Director of the Department to receive citizens.
The day the Department's leaders receive citizens includes: Inspectors, Offices and civil servants representing professional departments.
