– Implementing the Project "Developing applications of population data, identification and authentication of electronic real estate to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030", on the morning of November 30, the People's Committee of Thuy Nguyen district organized a conference to deploy the construction of 4 pilot models under the Project. 06/CP.

Attending the Conference were comrades: Colonel Bui Trung Thanh, Deputy Director of the City Police; Pham Van Thep, Secretary of the District Party Committee; Nguyen Huy Hoang, Chairman of the District People's Committee and representatives of the Party Committee - authorities of communes and towns; accommodation and medical examination and treatment facilities in the area.

Accordingly, one of the utility applications built on the basis of the National Population Database is ASM accommodation management software, serving stay notifications, medical examination and treatment instead of health insurance cards... Grasping the advantages and benefits of ASM accommodation management software, based on the plan of the Working Group implementing Project 06 of the Government and the Steering Committee for implementing Project 06/CP of the city, Thuy Nguyen district police and other agencies. Relevant agencies have advised the District People's Committee to deploy 4 pilot models, including: Model for deploying accommodation management platform at hotels, apartments, villas, motels, houses with rooms for rent to tourists, cruise ships, motels, guest houses, public houses; Management of accommodation at medical examination and treatment facilities; Medical examination and useCCCD and VneID cards; Report crimes through VneID application. In addition to the model "Reporting crimes through VneID application", the remaining 3 models will be completed by December 30, 2023.

Recently, the District Police have installed and tested ASM software at 40 establishments including motels and medical examination and treatment facilities with patients staying, regularly propagandizing about the features and applications of VneID.

The implementation of Project 06 has concretized the benefits of the National Population Database, citizen identification cards with electronic chips, electronic identification and authentication systems into life, helping people and businesses digitize personal information and identification documents to change the method of performing manual administrative procedures to electronic methods conveniently and quickly, contributing to creating a basic foundation in building e-Government and society number.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Bui Trung Thanh, Deputy Director of the City Police, emphasized that the application of stay notifications via ASM software and VneID application in receiving information and reporting crimes is a new breakthrough in administrative reform, creating favorable conditions for businesses, medical examination and treatment facilities and people, promoting the movement of all people participating in crime prevention. Therefore, the implementation of 4 pilot models needs to promote their role and efficiency, creating a clear change in the application of utility technology exploited from the National Population Database platform, making an important contribution to the digital transformation process in the area./.
