Pursuant to the provisions of Article 102 and Article 103 of the Law on Inspection 2022, after being publicized at the Headquarters of the People's Committee of Hai An District on September 26, 2024, Conclusion No. 04/KL-TTr dated September 16, 2024 on the inspection of investment management work at the People's Committee of Hai An District in 2021 - 2023, the Inspection Team according to Decision No. 69/QD-TTr dated May 15, 2024 of the Chief Inspector of the Hai Phong Department of Finance, advised the Chief Inspector of the Department to draft the Department's document, recommending the People's Committee of Hai An district to implement the Inspection Conclusion.
On September 30, 2024, the Director of the Department of Finance issued Document No. 3317/KHDT-TTr requesting the People's Committee of Hai An District to implement the contents in Inspection Conclusion No. 04/KL-TTr dated September 16, 2024.
